Shipping Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Orders placed during our working week (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) will usually be processed and dispatched according to the lead time mentioned in the offer details.
1.2 During busy periods, order dispatch may be delayed. In this instance, we will advise you of the estimated dispatch date of your order by email.
1.3 Orders are shipped via trucking or reliable carriers. Upon completion of your first order and account set up, a customer representative will contact you regarding applicable shipping fees. Shipping quotations are estimates based on the order’s total weight and number of pallets. Transit times may vary depending on shipping location.
1.4 All shipping estimates are non-binding and may be subject to additional verification or service charges at the time of shipment. Final charges will be confirmed upon dispatch.
1.5 Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before paying for your order. We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
1.6 Depending on your local postal service, you may need to provide a specific delivery name for parcels. Please check with your local service if unsure.
1.7 For business addresses, please include the company name along with the recipient’s name.
1.8 If any product is unavailable, we will notify you promptly. The unavailable item will be refunded or credited, and the rest of your order will be dispatched.
1.9 Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an item has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Charges
2.1 Payment of freight charges is always the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer bears shipment costs, owns the goods in transit, and is responsible for filing any damage claims (FOB Origin and Freight Collect).
2.2 All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The exact timing of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
2.3 We are not responsible for delays once items have left our warehouse.
2.4 While we strive for timely delivery, we do not compensate for delays or inconveniences caused by late deliveries.
2.5 We do not take responsibility for parcels that are tampered with during transit. In such cases, please contact the courier directly.
Note: All freight charges are strictly on a collect basis.
3. Residential Delivery Charges
3.1 Many shipping companies (except UPS, USPS, and FedEx) apply an additional standard fee for residential deliveries.
3.2 Residential shipments may also incur fuel surcharges and additional fees for services such as lift gate, call before delivery, or inside delivery.
4. International Shipping Charges
4.1 Our shipping team seeks the most economical shipping rates and assists international customers wherever possible. However, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.
5. Shipping Efficiency
5.1 We work with a variety of shipping companies to secure cost-effective delivery options for our customers.
5.2 All less-than-truckload (LTL) orders are carefully checked, stacked, and securely wrapped on pallets.
5.3 Customers are advised that liquid or fragile items may be at risk when shipped via standard services such as UPS. If you choose this method, you accept responsibility for any damage that may occur during transit.
6. Less than Truckload (LTL) Shipping
6.1 We work with trusted trucking companies to provide discounted rates and reliable service. If you have a preferred carrier, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
7. Container Load Shipments
7.1 All containers are packed securely and efficiently to prevent damage or loss.
7.2 We book containers with reputable shipping lines and freight forwarders for global destinations.
7.3 Our logistics team ensures timely loading and coordination to minimize delays.
8. Freight Claims
8.1 If your order arrives damaged, please note details on the delivery paperwork, take photos if possible, and notify us within 24–48 hours.
8.2 While we are not responsible for damage during transit, we can assist in filing claims with the carrier if proper documentation is provided.
9. Order Changes
9.1 If you need to add, remove, or substitute items after placing an order, please contact us immediately before dispatch.
10. Refunds & Cancellation
10.1 Cancelled orders may be subject to return shipping costs.
10.2 Orders already processed in the warehouse may also incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. Orders cancelled before processing will not incur charges.
11. Missing and/or Damaged Items
11.1 Each shipment is verified by piece count (cartons/pallets). Both the driver and recipient must confirm the count upon delivery.
11.2 Any visible damages (crushed, opened, or missing cartons) must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
