At Case In Point LLC, we are committed to providing quality health, beauty, and personal care products. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
- We do not accept returns in cases where products are restricted for resale in certain marketplaces.
- We regret that returns cannot be accepted from third-party warehouses or distribution centers. Once the order is shipped to such facilities, the order becomes non-returnable.
- This includes, but is not limited to, product damage during shipping, warehouse handling, or issues arising from third-party storage policies.
- Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- If any product you purchase is damaged, faulty, or incorrect when delivered, please contact us directly within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- All claims for damages that occurred in transit must be made with the shipping carrier and noted at the time of delivery.
- Case In Point LLC is not responsible for damages or destroyed shipments caused by carriers or third-party warehouses.
- No goods are to be returned without our prior consent.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- To complete your return, a valid invoice issued by Case In Point LLC is required.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Customers have up to 7 days to return eligible products at their own cost, after receiving return approval.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- If you are shipping a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
